Zsályás vajas gnocchi
A zsályás vajas gnocchi egy olasz recept, és az olaszok szeretik az egyszerűséget. Ezek az egyszerű ízek azonban együtt egy nagyon ízletes és finom dolgot adnak ki, így ha egy szupergyors vacsorára vágyunk, akkor ez tuti siker. Zsályát beszerezni azonban nem a legegyszerűbb dolog, de ha ültetünk a kertbe, akkor nagyon jól tartja magát évekig, szinte kiirthatatlan, és nem csak csirkéhez, gnocchihoz nagyon finom pirítva, hanem krémlevesek tetejére, vagy megfázáskor teának is kiváló.
A recept végtelenül egyszerű. Vegyünk a boltban félkész gnocchit, vagy ha sok időnk van, készítsük el otthon magunk (azért az kicsit másabb:)), és főzzük ki sós , forrásban lévő vízben. Ugyanúgy kell főzni, mint mondjuk a szilvás gombócot, azaz a gnocchi akkor készül el, feljön a víz tetejére. Szűrjük le, és innentől kezdve két utat választhatunk. Ha szeretnénk, hogy a gnocchink kicsit ropogós legyen, akkor egy kis olajon serpenyőben pirítsuk le. Ha nem akkor ez a lépés kimarad, és nincs más dolgunk, mint serpenyőben vajat olvastani, és ropogósra sütni benne a zsályaleveleket.
Ami fontos!!!! Ennél a receptnél a zsályalevél nem helyettesíthető szárított zsályával. Egyszerűen, nem működik.
Melegítsük össze a szószt a gnocchival, és kész vagyunk. Ha valaki abszolút sajtmániákus, akkor reszelhet rá egy kis parmezánt, de egyéb dolgunk nincs. Jó étvágyat!
