Puliszka recept
A puliszka vagy más néven polenta (olasz) nagyon egyszerű étel. Mivel lebecsült ételnek számított, hiszen a szegények eledele volt sok helyen, például Olaszországban is, egy időre eltűnt a családok asztaláról (kivéve talán Erdélyt). Most azonban a magas gasztronómia újra felfedezte, és kezd lassan-lassan visszaszivárogni a köztudatba.
Sokféleképp elkészíthető és fel is használható: nemcsak köretként, hanem főételként is fogyasztják juhtúróval és szalonnával, hasonlóan a sztrapacskához vagy a túróstésztához. Néprajzilag is érdekes, néhány tudnivalót a puliszka eredetéről, felhasználásáról a Wiki szócikkében is találtok.
Készítik tejjel és vízzel is.
Mi egy kásaszerű köretet készítettünk ezúttal, ami a krumplipürére hasonlít ránézésre. Azért is más ez kicsit, mert kukoricalisztből és nem darából főzzük. Így gyorsabban meg is fől, és talán picit krémesebb is lesz az íze. Először a vizet egy fazékban föltesszük főni és a még hideg vízbe beletesszük a kukoricalisztet, a sót és a vajat. Kevergetés közben a csomók eloszlanak és egy tejbegríz állagú masszát kapunk. Amikor bugyborékol, és a csomók is eloszlottak benne, elkészült.
Ha túl sűrű az ízlésünknek vagy túl híg, kedvünkre sűríthetjük vagy hígíthatjuk. Az állandó keverés fontos, hogy ne kapjon oda a puliszkánk.
Hozzávalók a puliszkához:
