Sajtos mandulás kréker – gluténmentes
Ez a kréker több szempontból is nagyszerű. Először is finom, mert nagyon intenzív sajtos, a sajtos dolgokat meg mindenki szereti. Pláne, ha bort is kínálunk mellé. Másodszor, mert mindösszesen 2 alapanyagra van szükségünk hozzá: sajtra és mandulalisztre. Harmadszor, mert variálható, többféle sajttal próbálkozhatunk, mindig más lesz az íze. Magvakkal is megszórhatjuk, és akkor még csinos is lesz.

A tetejüket megszórhatjuk vágott mandulával, ez esetben kicsit nyomkodjuk bele a krékerbe, hogy ne potyogjon le a sütés után. Tegyük a krékereket egy sütőpapírral kibélelt tepsire, és süssük 180-200 fokon 5-10 percig, még színük nem lesz. Hölgyei és uraim, ez ennyi!
