Szekszárdi Rozé 2020 – Szent Gaál
Ezt a Szent Gaál rozét halvány barackvirág szín jellemzi, savai pengék, a gyöngyök szépen jönnek fel a palackból, melyek némi hozzáadott széndioxidra utalnak. Éppen annyira bubis, hogy kicsit megemelje az illatot, divatosabb legyen. Kékoportó és néró szőlőkből készült, a néróból valószínűleg több van benne, ez adja a bor hidegebb árnyalatait. A kékoportó, vagy portugieser hajlamos inkább narancs színt kölcsönözni a rozénak. Nagyon üde, nagyon könnyű rozéról van szó, epres, virágos ízzel, abszolút tavaszi-nyári tétel. Alkoholja 11,5%, mely alig érződik, könnyen és gyorsan csúszik.
A Szent Gaál Birtok Zombán, a Szekszárdi borvidéken található. Chateau borászatként határozzák meg magukat, hisz a birtokközponton egy gyönyörű barokk kastély ékeskedik. 22 hektáron gazdálkodnak, melynek nagy részét magyar fajták teszik ki. Fő profiluk a bikavér, és a jóivású vörösborok, boraik kisebb részét teszik ki a rozé borok. A „kastélyos” sorozatuk a mindennapok borai ugyan, de minőség szempontjából teljesen rendben vannak.
