Tábornok Kékfrankos 2017 – Hetényi Pince
Sötét bíbor szín, telt íz. Nyitás után először erősebben érződik a tannin és az alkohol, íze kellemesen fanyar. Levegőztetés után a tanninok szépen lágyulni kezdenek, és az újhordós ízek törnek elő: étcsoki, kakaópor, vanília formájában. Gyümölcsből kevesebb érződik, azok közül is inkább a feketebogyósok, és az érett gyümölcsök. Nem egy tipikus kékfrankos, nagyon tartalmas és élvezetes tétel, de egyáltalán nem mondható könnyűnek. A magasabb alkoholt is szépen integrálja, szépen összeállt, kerek bor. Ez a tétel, sok száz kékfrankos között a 10-dik helyen végzett a Nagy Kékfrankos Teszten.
A Hetényi Pincészet Mecseknádasdon található, nagyrészt a Szekszárdi borvidéken terem a szőlőjük, de kínálatukban találhatunk olyan fajtákat is, amelyek a Pécsi borvidékre jellemzők, mint például a cirfandli. Magyar és francia fajtákat egyaránt tartanak, fehér, rozé és vörösben is utaznak. Családi borászat, 6. generációs óta foglalkoznak borral, vállalkozásukat 1992-ben alapítottak. Új szlogenjük: ” Hetényit inni menő”
