Zöldveltelini 2020 – Peti Pincészet
A Peti Pincészettől ez a második borunk volt. Most egy zöldveltelinit kaptunk, és ez 2020-as bor, meg kell hogy mondjuk nagyon jó meglepetés volt. Jól csúszott, gyorsan fogyott. Szépen adta a zöldveltelini fajtajellegeit, benne volt a lime-nak a kellemes citrusossága, a savak is jól be voltak lőve. Meg úgy az egész bor egyáltalán. Bár a zöldveltelinit sokan fröccsnek szeretik, és ez is nagyon alkalmas erre, de mindenképp adjunk neki szóda nélkül is esélyt, mert magában is üdítő, ropogós, kerek történet. A reduktív száraz borok kedvelőinek mindenképp ajánljuk.
Petit, a borászt a természet szeretete és a szőlészeti munkagépek iránti érdeklődése vonzotta a borászkodás felé. Zamárdiban van a főhadiszállása, előtte azonban Etyeken is dolgozott egy neves borászatnál. Itt ismerte meg a borkészítés minden csínját-bínját.
Elsőgenerációs borász, másfél éve kezdte el hivatalosan készíteni saját borait, és rozéjával egy helyi borversenyen aranyérmet is nyert. Kerüli a vegyszereket, vagy igyekszik bio vegyszereket használni, így azok kevésbé jellennek meg a borban is.
